The 2025 TCS London Marathon is back taking on the streets of London on 27 April 2025.

This iconic event is the largest annual fundraising event on the planet – since it began in 1981 participants have raised more than £1 billion for good causes.

The London Marathon route has remained largely unchanged over the years and encompasses many of the capital’s most mesmerising landmarks, old and new.

Starting & finishing on the seafront next to Worthings beautiful Pier. The Worthing 10k and Half Marathon is a fully road closed event that is flat as a pancake with sea views the entire route. It is the perfect course to try and smash your PB or take part in your first event. The Fish and Chips afterwards will have never tasted so good and you will look amazing with your brand new male and female cut finishers tech tee on and the south coasts best medal around around your neck! Oh and this year we will have a music festival after-party!

For the past 30 years, on a Sunday in May, the people of Staines and the surrounding area have come together for a ten kilometre road race. 

The course is flat, making it ideal for the experienced club runner to post that magical personal best. The fastest posted time is under 30 minutes! The event is also perfect for the beginner.

Some do it to challenge themselves, some do it to raise vital funds for their chosen charity. Whatever the reason, a great atmosphere is produced by the runners and spectators alike.

The Bognor Prom 10k is a flat, high-speed course. The race starts by West Park in Aldwick (with extensive free car parking for competitors), follows the Bognor Regis Esplanade, continues through Felpham and returns along the sea front to finish in West Park.

Height undulation is less than two metres.

Where the public highway is used the road will be closed. The course is marshalled throughout, after 90 minutes any remaining competitors will be moved back onto footpaths to complete the race.

The Race will start in Arundel Park. Following a circuit of the park, runners enter the grounds of Arundel Castle via the St Mary’s Gate go into the quadrangle and exit over the drawbridge back into the Park for the finish.

The course is a mixture of Tarmac Road( 40 % and downland grass tracks ( 60 %)
